Launch Excellence Lead FA

The Global Launch Excellence Lead is a senior individual contributor accountable for the end‑to‑end governance, readiness, and execution excellence supporting the global commercial launch of SKYCLARYS in adults & pediatrics in ~50 markets globally.

This role is accountable for leading cross‑functional and cross‑regional matrix teams to develop and execute robust launch plans, provide launch progress updates for leadership, build and enhance organizational capabilities for launch via new methods, tools; and maximize launch excellence know‑how across teams to enhance and accelerate decision‑making.

The Launch Excellence Lead will work closely with G10 markets to understand performance and underlying drivers & barriers of business results. He/she will track, review & synthesize best practices, ensuring these are disseminated across regions/countries to drive excellence in execution. In addition, the role leads the design and implementation of critical cross‑functional initiatives – spanning external engagement (HCPs, patients, caregivers) and advanced insight generation, in collaboration with cross‑functional partners – to strengthen launch impact and inform strategic decision‑making.

Importantly, this role will partner closely with the PDC, DAT & ITAC teams to ensure strong collaboration and decision‑making across functions.

• Collaborate as the primary Launch Excellence partner for the Global cross‑functional FA teams across Regulatory, PO&T, Global Product Strategy and Commercialization, Development, and Global Medical Affairs guiding cross‑functional teams through key planning milestones to deliver impactful launch plans.
• Drive strategic and operational rigor in building and managing integrated launch plans including timelines, budgets, interdependencies and risks, that support product and company strategic objectives across multiple programs (SKY in adults & SKY in pediatrics).
• Track, review & synthesize best practices, ensuring these are disseminated across regions/countries to drive excellence in execution.
• Act as an integrator for the functions, program teams (PDC, DAT & ITAC), regions and key markets, driving clarity and removing barriers to enable the operational execution of launch priorities.
• Build and maintain tools to plan and track launch progress (develop and maintain launch KPI metrics), enhancing team collaboration and agility e.g., performance reporting & dashboards.
• Coordinate the development of impactful presentations to facilitate strategic planning and decision‑making, as well as preparing launch status updates for key governance committees.
• Define and drive the global engagement strategy across HCPs, patients, and caregivers, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and launch objective.

She/he possesses a strategic and empowering mindset and strong communication skills to ensure effective seamless cross‑functional alignment and execution as well as representation in global forums and across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in:
Global marketing / brand leadership, Product launches (global or regional), Commercial strategy in pharma/biotech. He or she will bring experience in pre‑launch + launch + early in‑line phases, ideally exposure to rare diseases.
