Der Verein für Arbeitsmarktmassnahmen (VAM) in Baar sucht eine Fachleitung Sozialpädagogik/Velowerkstatt (80 %). Sie übernehmen die fachliche Verantwortung für die Entwicklung sowie die Qualität im sozialpädagogischen Bereich und begleiten Teilnehmer in Integrationsprozessen. Wir bieten Ihnen viel Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, sozialpädagogische Konzepte aktiv mitzuentwickeln.
Die Position erfordert eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik sowie mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Wir fördern innovative Integrationsangebote und bieten ein interdisziplinäres Arbeitsumfeld.
