SONNENBERG Heilpädagogisches Schul- und Beratungszentrum sucht eine/n Diplom-Sozialpädagogen/in oder FaBe HF/FH für das Internat (80%). Sie begleiten und fördern Jugendliche außerhalb des Unterrichts in einer Wohngruppe bis zu 12 Jungen und arbeiten an der Entwicklung sozialer Kompetenzen.
Sie kommunizieren eng mit Jugendlichen, Eltern, Fachpersonen und Behörden und gestalten Förderpläne sowie Übergänge innerhalb der Institution.
