Silverein in Baarn zoekt een gedreven Helpende Plus voor de nacht. Je biedt persoonlijke zorg aan bewoners, helpt bij ADL en voert zorgtaken uit volgens het leefplan. Je hebt een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2 met de Plus-module en beschikt over eigen vervoer.
Je werkt in twee locaties in Baarn (Noorderhof en Krabbelaan), met dementie bewoners en kleine teams. Je loopt in op de zorgvraag en werkt nauw samen met collega’s om kwaliteit van zorg te leveren.
