Tools4ever zoekt een Recruitment Marketeer die recruitment marketing vanaf nul opbouwt. Je ontwikkelt campagnes, creëert sterke content en optimaliseert de candidate journey zodat talent ons verhaal leert kennen én overtuigd raakt.
Je werkt in een hecht recruitmentteam met marketing en recruitment, krijgt veel vrijheid en directe impact. Een HBO-opleiding in Marketing/Communicatie en circa 2 jaar ervaring zijn vereist; je werkt data-gedreven en levert impact via content en campagnes.
