• Lead the global Demand & Capacity Management organization
• Drive the global Sales & Operations Planning process and ensure its continuous development and harmonization
• Align demand, capacity and business requirements to enable effective planning and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Finance
• Enhance planning performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
• Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Planing, Operations or related areas
• Proven experience in Sales & Operations, Integrated Business Planning, and Demand & Capacity planning
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to drive sustainable business improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, communicative, results-oriented, and execution-driven, with a passion for working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
