• Support the design of user-centered digital products and services.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.
• Take part in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Turn research findings and feedback into clear design improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, presenting and explaining your design decisions.
• Contribute to our design system and shared UX practices as you take on more ownership.

• A recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field.
• Experience using Figma or a similar design tool.
• A good understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Ideally, some hands‑on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects.
• A portfolio that shows how you approach design problems, not only the final visuals.
• Must currently reside in Switzerland.

You’ll join a small UX team working closely with product, technology, and business colleagues across a range of digital products. We value curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful design, and welcome your own ideas.

This is a paid 6-month internship with the possibility of extension and the potential to transition into a full‑time role, including additional employee benefits and occasional travel to our Madrid office.
