You will partner with Account Executives and own customer success from sale through lifecycle, driving adoption, value realization, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
You will build Customer Success Plans, align with business goals, and coordinate with Sales, Support, Services, and Product to maximize customer value and identify cross-sell opportunities
