Finastra is seeking a Customer Success Manager (German speaker) to drive adoption and value realization for customers in a key market. You will own customer success from sale through renewal, partnering with Sales, Support, Services, and Product to ensure an excellent customer experience.
You will develop Customer Success Plans, track value realization, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong relationships and accountability across the account lifecycle.
