Universal-Job sucht ein dynamisches Kommunikationstalent für den Kundendienst in Baden. Sie übernehmen das Schadenfallmanagement, sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Kooperationspartner und planen Termine sowie Ersatzwagen.
Zudem kalkulieren Sie Kostenvoranschläge und führen eigenverantwortlich die Fakturierung aus. Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Carrosseriespengler oder Carrosserielackierer EFZ;
Erfahrung im Kundendienst ist wünschenswert.
