You will serve as a Technical Supply Engineer for Service Parts (m/f/d) in the strategic supply chain organization, reporting to the Global Category Manager Components based in Baden, Switzerland. Your role focuses on technical supply engineering with a focus on the service parts portfolio for the category Components.
Responsibilities- Pro‑actively set up a robust value chain in cooperation with the service organization and category management (review of technical documents, clarifying and alignment of quality requirements, support of selected suppliers, placing RFQ, preparing supplier selection decisions, and providing frequent progress information to internal customers).
- Run short‑term orders through the entire re‑launch phase until parts are available for customer service.
- Support category management in relocation and supplier consolidation activities.
- Support category management in the RFI/RFQ process.
- Master data analysis and maintenance.
- Completed vocational training as a production or design engineer.
- Further education at the university of applied sciences level in supply chain management or logistics is an asset.
- High degree of flexibility, speed, customer focus, persistence, communication skills, and a hands‑on approach.
- Strong technical and/or production background.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
