K&K Social Resources & Development GmbH is recruiting for a Project Engineering Lead in Switzerland to drive turbo machinery and propulsion programs from concept through industrialization. You will own the overall R&D/NPI program plan and lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
The role requires fluent English and strong leadership;
French proficiency is a plus.
