Hitachi Energy Ltd., located in Baden-Dättwil, Aargau, Switzerland, offers a six-month internship in the Semiconductors Packaging and Reliability Engineering team. The intern will support the development of an innovative test setup for reliability investigations of SiC MOSFETs and monitor a real-time aging system.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s degree in electronics, materials, or physics, with experience in electrical measurements and LabVIEW;
Python, C, or Matlab are a plus.
