- Act on site as the main interface between customers, authorities, subcontractors and project site personnel in all technical and administrative matters
- Ensure smooth site operations and lead construction teams on a day-to-day basis
- Execute and monitor project performance with regard to cost, schedule, technical advisory services, HSE and quality
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and guidelines
- Maintain daily communication with customers, subcontractors and internal back‑office teams

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and guidelines
- Maintain daily communication with customers, subcontractors and internal back‑office teams
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in site management
- Strong technical knowledge in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, including MV/LV switch gear, transformers and gas‑insulated switch gear (GIS)
- Familiarity with F‑gas regulations and applicable safety standards for handling pressurised hazardous substances is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with experience in coordinating multiple teams and understanding project scopes and requirements
- Fluent English required, German is an advantage
