As Manager E‑Invoicing and User Access Management (m/f/d), you ensure the compliant, stable, and efficient operation of electronic invoicing solutions and user access management within the global Accelleron service SAP S/4

HANA landscape. You lead the service network–facing rollout of new country‑specific e‑invoicing solutions, act as the subject matter expert for invoicing in S/4

HANA and ensure a harmonized approach to user access and test management. By working in close alignment with service and finance process owners, application owners, and the S/4

HANA Flash Team, you contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Order‑to‑Cash process and support the implementation of the global service operations strategy. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead & Service Business Process Manager (S/4

HANA), Global Service Operations and be part of the S/4

HANA Flash Team.

Your responsibilities:
  • Act as Business Responsible and Subject Matter Expert for electronic invoicing within the Service Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay process areas, ensuring compliant and stable operation within SAP S/4

    HANA and other corresponding applications.
  • Implement and continuously improve the global Service e‑Invoicing strategy, ensuring compliance with local and international e‑invoicing, tax, and e‑requirement regulations and standards in collaboration with Global E‑Invoicing & Digital Tax Manager in Group Tax.
  • Lead the service network facing rollout of new country‑specific e‑invoicing solutions, including process design, user acceptance testing, training, and go‑live support.
  • Own and maintain e‑invoicing process documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure sustainable adoption and compliance across the service network.
  • Lead or contribute to cross‑functional operations and ERP projects impacting multiple business processes, ensuring alignment with overall service operations goals and business objectives.
  • Work in close collaboration with Country Finance Managers and Global Process Owners for Order-to-Cash, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, and Tax to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Actively represent e‑invoicing, user access management, and test management topics within the S/4

    HANA Flash Team and broader service ERP initiatives.
  • Define, implement, and maintain a harmonized Service ERP user access management approach for SAP S/4

    HANA, ensuring adherence to security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Define and oversee the execution of an audit‑compliant test management framework, including user acceptance testing for business projects and regression testing for SAP S/4

    HANA Public Cloud release upgrades.
  • Functionally manage test coordination and user access management specialists within the central operations team, ensuring effective delivery, governance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Define and follow up on relevant process KPIs to identify risks, inefficiencies, and continuous improvement opportunities across e‑invoicing, user access, and testing.
  • Manage a set of global standards, including process documentation, to enable automation, SAP S/4
