We are looking for a System Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, improving critical messaging environments, and building reliable solutions that customers can depend on. Whether your strengths are Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, cloud migration, automation, or customer-facing engineering, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.
Your roleYou will work in an experienced Dev Ops team to operate, improve, and transform messaging and collaboration platforms.
Resolve complex third-level incidents and prevent them from returning.
Design and deliver migrations across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Support and improve Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory.
Automate everyday tasks with Power Shell.
Advise customers clearly and practically, from technical questions to strategic transformation.
Work with architects and product management to develop new, future-ready services.
Support customers across varied sectors, including critical infrastructure, energy, and healthcare.
You are a hands-on engineer with a structured mindset and a genuine interest in making technology work better.
Experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory.
Confidence with Power Shell; migration experience with Quest or Bit Titan is valuable.
Experience with ADFS, Enterprise Vault, Forti Mail, or HIN is welcome, but not essential.
A customer-focused, independent, and quality-driven way of working.
Good German and confident English.
