Position:
Improvement Project Coordinator – Supply & Value Chain Excellence (Baden)
- Take ownership of small to mid-sized improvement projects across intralogistics, warehouse operations, and SCM Quality.
- Analyze material flows, processes, and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Drive improvements across inbound, storage, picking, internal logistics flows, and quality‑related processes.
- Work closely with operational teams on the shopfloor to implement sustainable process improvements.
- Lead and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives (e.g., Yellow Belt level) where applicable.
- Facilitate workshops such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and structured problem‑solving sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (logistics, production, quality, purchasing) and external partners to optimize end‑to‑end processes.
- Define, track, and report KPIs to ensure transparency and continuous performance improvement.
- Standardize processes and implement scalable best practices across the organization.
- Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, production, or a comparable operational environment.
- Strong hands‑on mentality and willingness to work close to operations and on the shopfloor.
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive topics independently.
- Ability to structure complex topics, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
- Proactive personality: identifies issues, takes initiative, and pushes solutions through to implementation.
- Strong motivation and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with process analysis and problem‑solving methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
- Confident use of Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
