You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit in Baden, reporting to the Head of SCM Quality and Intralogistics, and work closely with factory, IT, and technical experts across our global value chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and structured problem‑solving sessions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (logistics, production, quality, purchasing) and external partners to optimize end‑to‑end processes
  • Define, track, and report KPIs to ensure transparency and continuous performance improvement
  • Standardize processes and implement scalable best practices across the organization
Your background
  • Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, production, or a comparable operational environment
  • Strong hands‑on mentality and willingness to work close to operations and on the shopfloor
  • Proven ability to take ownership and drive topics independently
  • Ability to structure complex topics, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
  • Proactive personality: you identify issues, take initiative, and push solutions through to implementation
  • Strong motivation and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma is a plus
  • Familiarity with process analysis and problem‑solving methods (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
