Accelleron is seeking a hands-on Technical Leader to drive supplier readiness and industrialization for high-volume turbocharger components. You will coordinate APQP deployment, supplier qualification, and ramp-up activities across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, 8+ years in relevant industries, Lean Six Sigma certification, and fluency in English and German. International travel is expected.
