As a member of Accelleron’s Management Systems Team, you will be responsible for quality governance and certification in Switzerland, ensuring ongoing compliance and maintaining the company’s licence to operate.
Your responsibilities:- Lead the Swiss Quality Certification and audit processes as well as the management review, implementing a robust, risk-based and meaningful approach.
- Ensure licence to operate with respect to quality is assured in Switzerland, and provide guidance and support on this to the global organization.
- Own key global quality processes.
- Own and continue to develop the global quality components and tools of the Accelleron Management Systems, ensuring they are simple, user-focused, and effectively embedded across the business. Critically, proactively work with stakeholders to ensure these are fit for purpose.
- Define and maintain the global quality framework within the Accelleron Management Systems, ensuring consistent application of quality principles across the business.
- Proactively support the divisions and functions by assessing quality and process risk and working directly with them to implement improvements.
- Facilitate cross-organisation alignment on quality topics by driving collaboration, sharing lessons learned and best practices, and coordinating effective resolution of cross organisational cases.
- Participate in or lead internal projects with a quality component as appropriate.
- Support Risk Management, Business Resilience and Marine Compliance.
- Seasoned quality professional with experience in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Expertise in core quality methodologies and their practical application.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and improving quality management systems.
- Deep practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards, including leadership of certification and audit programs and certified lead auditor.
- Experience working in or with integrated management systems (quality, environment, safety, etc.) and familiarity with system architectures and global process ownership.
- Operates naturally as a centre-of-excellence advisor: influences through expertise, credibility, and hands-on support, not through hierarchical authority.
- Pragmatic, business-oriented approach to quality, focuses on solutions that are simple, user-focused, and can actually be implemented in practice.
- High personal integrity and resilience.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to drive cross organisational collaboration and knowledge sharing on quality topics.
- Direct experience in or with the marine industry is a benefit.
