Aufgaben bereich
- Technische und kaufmännische Beratung der Industriekunden
- Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Produktmanagement und der Zentrale/ Hauptsitz
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen über Offerten bis hin zu Bestellungen und Reklamationen
- Betreuung und Ausbau des Verkaufsgebiets Ostschweiz
- Auftragsabwicklung mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Bezug oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationstalent
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
