To strengthen our Marketing Team, Anton Paar Switzerland AG - the Swiss sales subsidiary of Anton Paar - is looking for a motivated and committed Inside Sales employee (m/f/d) 80–100%.

• Take ownership of our webshop product portfolio:
  • Provide technical consultation and sales support to prospective and existing customers.
  • Proactively present products via email and telephone, and support customers through online training sessions
  • Collect market and customer information, manage leads, and prepare CRM reports and analyses (e.g. customer potential, up- and cross-selling opportunities)
  • Develop and implement product-specific sales campaigns and other sales-promoting activities in close cooperation with Marketing and Sales Management.
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Take responsibility for your assigned markets and regions, identifying growth opportunities and developing them systematically:
  • Analyze market potential and define appropriate sales measures
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while driving sales performance within your territory
• Marketing Lead Nurturing:
  Qualify marketing-generated leads until they are ready to be handed over to the field sales team.
• Prospecting & Outbound Sales:
  Actively acquire new customers during dedicated prospecting time blocks and reactivate inactive customers.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer data in the SAP CRM system.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of the relevant products through training.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent commercial education).
• Relevant experience in sales, experience selling technical or consultative products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent German, good English (minimum B2);
  French and Italian are an advantage.
• Solid MS Office and CRM skills.
