About YouAre you an aspiring Electrical Engineer looking to develop your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Key Responsibilities- Ensure manufacturing assets are maintained in a safe and reliable operating condition.
- Optimize electrical, automation, and process control systems to improve plant performance.
- Lead and deliver electrical engineering projects, upgrades, and modifications.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and develop technical personnel while promoting engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, PLCs, and process control.
- FMCG manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
