Asa Bartender at Bahrain Surf Park, you will craft and serve a vibrant array ofrefreshing beverages, signature cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty coffees for our guests.

Youwill deliver fast, friendly, and engaging service at the bar counter,maintain stock levels, keep bar stations spotless, and embody the welcoming

• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, hygieneprotocols, and departmental SOPs at all times.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of food and beverage offerings,BSP promotions, and current operational initiatives.
• Support team objectives and contribute positively to the working environment.
• Participate actively in daily briefings, training sessions, and development programs.
• Follow departmental opening and closing checklists to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and engaging bar atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, fellow bartenders, andfront-of-house colleagues.

• Drink Crafting: Preparealcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, juices, and coffeesaccording to standardized BSP recipe guidelines.
• Bar Counter Service: Welcome guestsat the bar counter, take drink and food orders, offer beverage recommendations, and deliver attentive service.
• Garnish & Presentation: Ensure every drink is garnished perfectly and served in the correct, polishedglassware.
• Provide personalized beverage recommendations and appropriatefood and beverage pairings.
• Contribute to a memorable guest experience through excellent product knowledge and service delivery.

• POS Entry: Enter all beverage orders into the POS system before preparation.
• Payment Processing: Handle cash,credit card, and digital transactions accurately, providing itemizedreceipts.

• Pre-Shift Bar Prep: Slice fresh fruit garnishes, prepare house syrups, fill ice wells, and restock speedrails before service opening.
• Stock Requisition ing: Monitor dailystock levels of beverages, mixers, ice, and disposables, submitting restock requests to the Bar Back or Head Bartender.

• Station Cleanliness: Maintain aclean, sanitized bar counter, pour mats, blender stations, and drafttaps throughout the shift.
• Glassware Hygiene: Wash, sanitize,and polish glassware using bar glass washers in compliance with hygiene standards.

ü High School Diploma or equivalent;

Bartending / Mixology certification is a plus.

ü Fluent English speaker;
Arabic is an advantage.

ü Minimum1 to 2 years of bartending experience in a busy bar, beach club, resort, orhigh-volume restaurant.

ü Experience with cocktail preparation, coffee barista operations, and POS bar terminals.

ü Solid knowledge of drink recipes, free-pourtechniques, and beverage presentation.

ü Speed, accuracy, and multitasking inhigh-volume environments.

ü Basic computer literacy and POS operatingskills.
