Asa Bar Back, you are the backbone of bar operations at Bahrain Surf Park,providing essential backend support to keep our bartenders fully stocked,equipped, and focused on serving guests.

Youwill manage ice supply, restock glassware and spirits, prep garnishes, clearbar counters, dispose of trash, and maintain clean, organized bar work areas.

• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, hygieneprotocols, and departmental SOPs at all times.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of food and beverage offerings,BSP promotions, and current operational initiatives.
• Support team objectives and contribute positively to the working environment.
• Participate actively in daily briefings, training sessions, and development programs.
• Follow departmental opening and closing checklists to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

• Heavy Stock Transport:
  Transportspirits, beer kegs, wine cases, mixers, fresh juices, and ice bags frommain storage rooms to bar stations.
• Station Restocking:
  Continuously monitor and refill ice wells, speed rails, bottled beverages, paperstraws, and napkins during peak service hours.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling beverages, equipment,tools, and glassware

• Glassware Washing:
  Collect dirtyglassware from bar counters and floor-side stations, wash and sanitizethem via bar glass washers, and polish glass surfaces.
• Glass Restocking:
  Keep bartenderscontinuously supplied with clean, chilled, and polished glasswareappropriate for each drink type.

• Garnish Prep:
  Assist bartenders with washing fruit, slicing citrus garnishes, preparing mintleaves, and stocking condiment caddies.
• Juice & Syrup Batching:
  Assist inprepping fresh juices and syrup bottles according to the Head Bartender's instructions.

• Trash & Bottle Disposal:
  Regularlyempty trash cans, bottle recycling bins, and cardboard boxes from barareas.
• Bar Area Maintenance:
  Mop spills, wipedown back-bar shelves, clean drainage floor mats, and maintainimmaculate back-of-house bar storage.

• High School Certificate or equivalent(entry-level role).

• 0to 1 year of experience in hospitality, bar support, or restaurant service.
• Prior experience as a barback or runner in a beach venue or high-volume bar is aplus.

• Physical stamina for heavy lifting (icebags, beer kegs, liquor crates).
• Speed, agility, and proactive awareness ofbar needs.
• Basic understanding of glassware care, bartools, and sanitation rules.

• Hardworking,energetic, and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Attentive todetail and eager to support team members.
• Neat, clean, andwell-groomed personal appearance.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, late nights,weekends, and holidays.
• Glassware &Ice Availability:
  Ensure bartenders never run out of clean glassware or iceduring service (100% availability).
• Station Restock Speed:
  Replenish speed rails and mixers within 2 minutes of bartender call.
