Central Zone is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive health services and manage care for acute and chronic health conditions. In this key role, you'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient access through innovative care solutions. Develop and implement best practice directives while ensuring safety and quality outcomes within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and diagnosis

• Collaborate on managing acute and chronic health issues

• Employ virtual health technologies for improved access

• Lead policy development and implementation of care standards

• Foster a patient and family-centered care approach

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program

• Current nurse practitioner registration in Newfoundland

• Valid BLS certification and training readiness

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

• A valid Class 5 Driver's License
