Skilled Careers is seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager for Baildon, West Yorkshire, delivering façade, cladding, EWI and fire remediation projects across the North and Midlands.
You will lead the pre-construction process from enquiry through tender to contract award, coordinating design, commercial, procurement and programme requirements to ensure projects are technically compliant and ready for mobilisation. Asta Power project experience is essential.
