The role- Supporting students in the classroom to help them engage with learning
- Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed
- Helping to build students’ confidence, independence and academic progress
- Supporting positive behaviour and creating a welcoming learning environment
- Becoming a valued member of a supportive school community
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
- A positive, proactive and caring approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patience, resilience and a willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
