Producing board packs, management information and financial analysis to support decision-making

Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls across the group
Contributing to ad hoc finance projects as the business grows

Background in accountancy practice or a technical finance role
Experience preparing management accounts and year-end financial information
Good understanding of audit, statutory accounts and financial compliance
Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong attention to detail, proactive and hands-on
Group accounting or multi-entity experience beneficial but not essential
Package & Working Pattern
Salary £45,000–£60,000 (depending on experience)
Annual bonus
Comprehensive benefits package
Office-based, with flexibility as required
