Title: Senior Category Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group’s Procurement & Supply Chain division are partnering exclusively with a leading business as they prepare for the launch of the UK’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) in October 2027.

This newly created role of Senior Category Manager will be pivotal in delivering the organisation’s sustainability and commercial strategy as retailers adopt RVM technology across the UK.

The Senior Category Manager will work closely with the Procurement Manager to lead procurement, driving category strategy, cost savings, and value creation. This opportunity offers the chance to blend traditional FMCG buying with innovative technology and cross-functional projects.

• 5+ years’ experience in either FMCG buying, procurement, or category management
• Experience working with retailers and/or technology-led solutions
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills
