Apprentice Electronic Assembly Operator

• Build and assemble electronic products, including PCBs and wiring harnesses.
• Learn key technical skills such as soldering, ESD control, and quality standards.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a hands‑on environment.
• Rotate across different manufacturing cells to gain broad experience.
• Complete a Level3 Engineering Fitter / Engineering Operative (Electronics pathway) apprenticeship through a local college.

• Genuine interest in engineering or electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• GCSE Maths and English (or willingness to complete functional skills).
