Responsibilities- Build and assemble electronic products, including PCBs and wiring harnesses.
- Learn key technical skills such as soldering, ESD control, and quality standards.
- Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a hands‑on environment.
- Rotate across different manufacturing cells to gain broad experience.
- Complete a Level3 Engineering Fitter / Engineering Operative (Electronics pathway) apprenticeship through a local college.
- Genuine interest in engineering or electronics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- GCSE Maths and English (or willingness to complete functional skills).
- Fully funded apprenticeship training.
