Senior Marketing Executive

Hamilton (Building Contractors) Ltd is one of the UK’s largest and longest-established specialist façade contractors, operating as both main contractor and subcontractor on high-profile projects nationwide. As we celebrate 30 years of delivering quality and service, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join us during an exciting period of growth.

This is a varied, hands‑on role covering all aspects of marketing communications. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, internal teams and our external marketing agency to deliver lead‑focused campaigns, engaging content and consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.

Based from either our Baildon (West Yorkshire) or Dartford office, the role includes UK‑wide site visits to capture project progress, interview colleagues and create compelling content for digital and offline channels.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Deliver marketing activity aligned with business objectives
• Manage website updates, SEO, social media (organic & paid), email campaigns and content creation
• Oversee production of brochures, presentations, site materials and promotional assets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Travel nationally to gather project information, imagery and insights

• Degree educated
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a broad marketing role (B2B preferred)
• Strong organisational, project management and communication skills
• Confident working across multiple channels and platforms
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
• Experience with in construction, property or a related sector
