Warehouse Associate

This role has a minimum base pay from $17.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. • Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safety processes

• Restock show floor with products
• Organize merchandise for easy shopping
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions
• Help in other store areas as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic math skills
• Warehouse and customer service experience
• Experience with heavy machinery preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Forklift certification through F&D or ability to obtain it

Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level typically quiet to moderate.

Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently; frequent use of hands and fingers; ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, and stoop regularly.
