Mon & Thu, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Child: 1‑year‑old.

Compensation: $32–$35/hour DOE (updated per your note).

A warm, thoughtful, and developmentally minded nanny is needed to provide sole focus and care for a curious and active 1‑year‑old in Seattle. The ideal candidate is experienced with toddlers, comfortable supporting a consistent nap and feeding schedule, and able to foster a fun, safe, and engaging environment throughout the day. Parents are looking for someone who will truly partner with them as their child grows — no household duties, just devoted care.

• 3–5+ years professional nanny experience
• Strong background in infant/toddler care and supporting multiple children
• Organized, observant, and proactive — takes initiative while respecting parental preferences
• Team mindset: excellent communication skills, comfortable aligning with household routines
• Discreet, trustworthy, and tech‑comfortable (text updates, shared calendars, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to complete

• Provide engaged, attentive care focused solely on the 1‑year‑old
• Maintain daily feeding and nap schedule (outlined below)
• Prepare and serve age‑appropriate meals and snacks; support eating as needed (child eats a variety of normal foods; breast milk available as needed)
• Plan age‑appropriate activities that encourage motor, language & social development
• Facilitate indoor and outdoor play, with an emphasis on safety and exploration
• Support learning through songs, books, sensory play & conversation
• Diapering, hygiene, and dressing
• Provide consistent daily communication to parents (meals, naps, temperament, highlights)

• No cleaning beyond basic child‑related tidying
• No laundry, meal prep for adults, or household chores

• 7:00 AM – Arrival, morning play / routines
• 8:00 AM – Breakfast
• 10:00 AM – Nap #1
• 11:00 AM – Wake + snack
• 1:00 PM – Lunch
• 2:00 PM – Nap #2
• 3:30 PM – Wake + activity
• 4:00 PM – Snack
• 4:30‑7:00 PM – Afternoon walk, playground, developmental play, reading, wind‑down
