Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker, Bainbridge Island Branch

Join JPMorgan Chase as a part‑time associate banker and help customers achieve their financial goals. Your role is to deliver exceptional client experiences using the latest banking solutions and technology.

Base Pay Range
$22.50 / hr – $27.60 / hr

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
• Assist clients with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on self‑service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while following bank policies.

• Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
