We are seeking a Full‑Time Speech Therapist to join our growing team! This is an onsite role at The Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center LLC. • Begin with a full‑time schedule of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours.
• Provide individualized therapy to adults and children with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
• Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.
• Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

• 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Certifications in Speak
  
  OUT and/or LSVT.
• Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES).
• Familiarity with high‑quality AAC intervention strategies.
• Experience across a diverse age range and clinical presentations.
• Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, LiPS®, or board certifications in fluency, voice, or swallowing.
