- Begin with a full‑time schedule of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours.
- Provide individualized therapy to adults and children with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.
- Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire).
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
- 2–3 years of clinical experience.
- Certifications in Speak
OUT and/or LSVT. - Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES).
- Familiarity with high‑quality AAC intervention strategies.
- Experience across a diverse age range and clinical presentations.
- Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, LiPS®, or board certifications in fluency, voice, or swallowing.
