• Lead a strong therapy team and support inter‑departmental collaboration.
• Create and implement new rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Manage daily operations of a busy in‑house therapy department.
• Coordinate rehab admissions and caseload distribution.
• Recruit and supervise rehab staff; ensure orientation and competency.
• Analyze department metrics and maintain accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and survey readiness.
• Maintain relationships with hospital therapists, physicians, and community partners.
• Provide direct patient treatment.

• Licensed OTA.
• At least 3 years of experience as a therapist.
• Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long‑term care rehabilitation preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
