At Papa, companion caregivers—also known as Papa Pals—provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Duties include help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and giving friendly company.
Pay & IncentivesEarn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits is available in eligible areas.
ScheduleWork on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create your own schedule around your life.
Qualifications & EligibilityNo prior caregiving experience is required.
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Pass a motor vehicle report
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
- Access to a smartphone
- Access to a vehicle that is [] or newer
