Pay Rate: $21.07/HR
Work Schedule:
Evenings and weekends 2pm - 10pm or 4pm to 12am.
Work Location:
On-site/Bainbridge Island Campus

Island Wood offers 3 weeks paid vacation, floating holidays, 10 annual paid holidays and 80 hours of paid annual sick leave. (Time-off prorated during first year based on start date).
Responsibilities:- Assist with event setupsand breakdowns including lifting and moving furniture
- Event cleaning, routine cleaning,and occasional deep cleaning projects
- Scheduled turnovers and cleaning of classrooms, dining room, and other buildings
- Cleaning, mopping, window cleaning, waste removal, recycling separation,
- Communicate inventory and equipment statustothe
Hospitality Services Manager - Campus security andnightlylock-upofbuildings; evening emergency assistance
- Minimum of6 months experience of professional janitor workin the hospitality industry
- Be able to understand and follow safety guidelines
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, twist, turn, kneel, stoop, climb ladders and stairs
- Able to use hand tools and push, lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Washington State driver’s license and ability to obtain any licenses required for system or vehicle operation
