Overview
Sound Philanthropy seeks a full-time Client Associate to join our growing team. This position is based in Bainbridge Island, WA, and requires 2-3 days per week in-office at our Bainbridge headquarters. Additional in-person requirements include client meetings, primarily in the greater Seattle area.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients in partnership with the leadership team (approximately 80% of time).
- Provide general project management support, broad issue area research, and the creation of written materials to support client engagements.
- Handle general administration required to ensure seamless client engagements (approximately 20% of time).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete complex tasks and projects with accuracy and composure.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up environment; shows initiative, works autonomously, and brings ideas and solutions to better serve clients.
- Appreciation for a high-touch service culture, continuous learning, joy, positivity, and open-mindedness.
- Desire to learn and contribute to the field of philanthropy and social change.
