• Assist with various construction and landscape tasks on job sites
• Follow blueprints and instructions to complete projects
• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment as needed
• Perform remodeling, carpentry, stone work, and installation work
• Ensure quality control inspection and maintain a safe work environment

• Experience with blueprints and construction/landscape tools
• Knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, lighting, and plumbing/irrigation
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Minimum Salary: $51,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $57,600.00
• Flexible schedules, sick leave, holiday pay
• Performance and merit‑based incentives
• $300 signing bonus after first 30 days of employment
