This range is provided by Mobile Wellness Solutions, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

$25.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
• The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
• Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary‑paid position.
• Bi‑Weekly Pay.
• Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.

• Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
• Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
• Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
• Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
• Accurately labeling all samples.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, including any medical issues experienced during venipuncture that may affect test results.

• Proven experienced phlebotomist.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
• Detail‑oriented, sound organizational skills.
• Professional, responsible, and self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
