Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mission Health:
Bainbridge Health and Rehab is looking to hire a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.). This role is an essential part of our rehabilitation team and is focused on delivering high‑quality care to residents.

As an LPN you will:

• Monitor residents’ conditions and document care, including admissions and discharges.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for side effects and ensuring compliance with narcotic policies.
• Oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff and ensure care plans are executed consistently.
• Identify and report bruises, skin tears, or signs of neglect; maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered service and build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

• LPN licensure with the GA Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.).
