Occupational Therapist Full-Time Outpatient

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services and higher medical management for patients recovering from injuries and conditions such as stroke and other neurological disorders; hip fractures; brain injury; spinal cord injury; amputation; and complex orthopedic conditions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for patients.
• Supervise the work of support personnel as needed.

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
• Previous experience in Outpatient preferred.
