We are looking for a certified Surgical Technologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Baker City, Oregon. This role requires flexibility across multiple locations within the system.

• Location: Baker City, Oregon (Saint Alphonsus Health System)
• Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 per week (10‑hour days)
• Compensation: Gross weekly rate $2720.00 (subject to confirmation), plus travel/per diem and other benefits

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply standard professional practices: assess, plan, implement, evaluate outcomes.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement.
• Show willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt to new ideas and cultural differences.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Surgical Technology.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred, with minimum 18 months experience; if not CST, 5 years’ work experience required.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Will complete required orientation and training.
