We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Medical unit in Baker City, Oregon. This position will be located at our Medical Center off the La Grande-Baker Hwy, just below the Elkhorn Mountains.

• Provide hands-on patient care as an RN, collaborating with colleagues and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Serve as a patient advocate by promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs.

RNs working on the Med/Surg floor will care for medical and surgical patients, including admits from the Emergency Department. It is a fast-paced environment with strong leadership and opportunities for career growth and advanced training. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change, invested in self-driven learning, and a team player.

• This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance.

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon required
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network required

• 1 year of RN acute care experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
