RN Emergency Department PRN Nights

About this Position

We are hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department in Baker City, Oregon. The RN will provide hands‑on patient care, collaborate with colleagues, maintain accurate documentation, and utilize resources wisely. The RN will serve as a patient advocate, promote physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being, educate patients, administer prescribed medications, and develop care plans based on patient needs.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to ED patients, including trauma and stroke cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Advocate for patients' physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and resources.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Oregon.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network required at hire; ACLS/PALS within 6 months.

• 1 year of RN acute‑care experience (high acuity, critical care).
