Act as the primary point of contact for NAPAs retail and wholesale customers;
Be responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customers receive a good experience;
Build good relationships with NAPA customers;
Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs;
Secure correct parts and resolve issues for customers;
