Bayshore Health Care is looking for passionate Nurse Practitioners to join their Northern Staffing program. In this role, you’ll provide primary and emergency care to diverse Indigenous communities across Canada’s North, including Nunavut and other northern regions. Candidates will perform an expanded scope of practice, utilizing assessment, nursing diagnosis, and health teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary and emergency care in community settings

• Implement comprehensive health promotion and care plans

• Assess and address patients' emotional and physical comfort

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Utilize Best Practice Clinical Practice Guidelines

Requirements:

• Accredited nursing degree and license in good standing

• Minimum 30 weeks NP experience in last four years

• Willing to obtain provincial nursing licenses

• Experience in remote or isolated communities

• Mandatory skills and training discussed in interviews
