Independent Floral Merchandiser

Be a Floral Field Merchandiser promoting plant programs in retail spaces. This role includes managing inventory, pricing, and floral maintenance in various locations across your designated area.

In this independent merchandising position, you will visit retail locations 1-2 times weekly, spending 45 minutes to an hour at each site. Your main duties will involve placing incoming orders onto the sales floor and handling inventory management effectively. Strong communication and self-management skills are a must to navigate the flexible scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise floral products to enhance retail displays

• Manage inventory and pricing effectively on-site

• Maintain plant quality and provide necessary upkeep

• Visit stores regularly as per schedule

• Utilize a cell phone with data for reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Knowledge in floral or plant maintenance

• Retail or merchandising background is a plus

• Ability to build strong customer relationships
